The past few days have been crazy! I have been trying to adjust to the husbands new work schedule. He now has the whole weekend off, which resulted in the two of us going a little food crazy. Its odd because we have a ton of healthy food in our house, but somehow we still managed to eat some junk. I was able to track, so I know the damage I did but I did go off plan.
Lately, I have really been struggling with Tuesday weigh ins. Whenever I lost weight last year with Weight Watchers my weigh in was on Thursday. It was amazing because I could have my one day off on the weekends and my weight would flucuate back down before my weigh in. Now, I feel like I cant live my weekends because of the Tuesday weigh in. Or I feel guilty because I go off plan on the weekend. Grrr.
Needless to say, I am expecting a gain tomorrow. I used my first free pass last week because I knew I was going to show a gain. So this will be the third… no, I think the fourth week that I haven’t lost any weight. Talk about depressing. What is even more depressing is the fact that so many poeple are leaving GAG. So sad. I am so proud and happy for everyone that is still sticking with it. For those that are (and aren’t) still participating in GAG, you are amazing!

Maybe it’s a good thing that you are in a Tuesday group. The reason I say that is because when I was doing WW (which is a great program) I did Saturday meetings for the same reason. So I could eat extra food on the weekends. I never maintained those pounds I lost.
So a Tuesday weigh-in can in some ways help you stay focused through those difficult weekends. Maybe?
I hope it goes well for you today! Take care.
